On the 13th August 2009 Malpeet K9 were featured on the ITV News.

This news story was filmed prior to the deployment of a number of Explosive Detection Dogs to Afghanistan, where the dogs would be used to find explosive devices.

Tony Yeo a former South Wales Police Dog Instructor trained the dogs to find a number of different explosives.
