In house training (UK or overseas)One to oneAt our international K9 AcademyMalpeet K9 specialises in the use of operational dog teams, the sale of dogs in various disciplines and handler training both for UK and overseas customers. We are members of, and approved trainers for the National Association of Security Dog Users (NASDU). All detection dogs are trained utilising 'real' drugs and 'live' explosives, Malpeet K9 Security being one of only a few companies within the UK licensed to possess controlled substances for the use of training detection dogs
We have particular expertise of operating in hostile environments which allows us to deliver realistic training which includes many topics intended to improve the mental and physical ability of our handlers as they learn to deal with conflict situations, violence and terrorism with realistic scenario based training.
We pride ourselves in being truly International and welcome students from all over the world. Were extremely fortunate to operate a residential “International K9 Academy” and encourage the Armed Forces, Police, Emergency Services and Private Security Professional’s world wide to experience British military and Police methods of dog handling and training.
We have dogs currently operational in the worlds hot spots guarding key instalations and playing a vital role in assisting with the detection of explosive devices used against civilians and coalition forces.
Visit our sister website, www.eddogs.com for more information in relation to Explosive Detection Dog service for overseas and hostile enviroments.
